一.產(chǎn)品特性 Key Feature

二.使用范圍 Application
1.預(yù)組裝處理：噴于所裝配零件表面形成超薄潤(rùn)滑層，不改變配合公差。如：齒輪、機(jī)械組裝、模具組裝、發(fā)電所的感應(yīng)槽、蒸汽發(fā)電機(jī)等。
1. Pre-assembly process: When using spray cans, the product will form a thin lubricating coating on the surface of the assembled parts with no change in fit tolerance. The lubricant is suitable in gears, mechanical assembly, mold assembly / power generation induction groove, steam generators and so on.
2.保護(hù)薄膜：適用于裝配機(jī)件及內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑，鏈條、鋼纜、螺絲、輸送帶、拉纜機(jī)、金屬鑄造機(jī)、墊圈外膜、設(shè)備的維修和保養(yǎng)，及高溫操作儀器、橡膠脫模和玻璃加工等。

Protection film: the product is applicable for internal lubrication of assembly parts, chains, wire ropes, screws, conveyor belt, pulled-cable machines, metal casting machine, washer outer membrane, machinery repair and maintenance, high-temperature operating instrument, rubber stripping, glass processing and so on.

5.切割工具：干性潤(rùn)滑劑應(yīng)用于切割刀具，可以得到最佳效益。刀具表面缺痕中所嵌二硫化鉬將使切割機(jī)切割時(shí)的效果發(fā)揮到最大。
5.Cutting Tools: dry lubricant applied to the cutting tool has shown a better effectiveness. Molybdenum disulfide applied on the marks of surface of cutting machines maximize the working efficiency.
6.塑料表層：噴涂于塑料表面更能突現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點(diǎn)，如尼龍軸承。
6. Plastic Surface: the product sprayed on the plastic surface has shown a more emergent advantage in applications such as in nylon bearings.
三.使用方法Usage method
1.使用前，先將物件表面的油污徹底清洗干凈，然后將罐身用力搖晃約 3 分鐘，以利于噴霧均勻。
1. Before use, first thoroughly clean the surface degreasing. The can is then forced to shake for about two minutes, so that the liquid will be well stirred in order to facilitate a uniform spray.
2.噴涂時(shí)，噴嘴距離工件表面約 20CM 左右，往復(fù)平行移動(dòng)，勿固定在一個(gè)位置噴涂，可在工件表面長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持濕潤(rùn)的油性潤(rùn)滑膜。
2. Spray from about 20 cm to move reciprocating parallel to the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position, so that a long-term wet and protective lubricating film is formed.
3.使用后，倒轉(zhuǎn)罐身噴射 1～2 次約 2 秒，作用為清洗噴咀，以防塞咀。
3. After use, invert cans upside down for about two seconds and spray 1-2 times in the meanwhile . The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
4.使用時(shí)應(yīng)詳細(xì)閱讀產(chǎn)品說明書，并在專業(yè)人員指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行使用。
